A mile from Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, California, Waterfront Restaurant boasts a view that far surpasses the tourist hubs. Opened in 1969, we soon became a favorite among local politicians and business people, and in time locals and foreign visitors were drawn to the breathtaking bayscape, farm-to-table produce, and sustainable seafood.
We have a staff of 80, 20 of whom have been here for between 10 and 30 years, so we know our customers well. Already a cut above the competition, Waterfront Restaurant received a multi-million dollar renovation in 1997, transforming it into one of San Francisco's foremost dining destinations. The renovation went beyond brick-and-mortar changes, and included a complete overhaul of our long-standing seafood menu. And it worked! Today, Waterfront Restaurant is the choice of presidents and princes, celebrities and travelers.
